1. No guaranteed outcome
Creator launches may be delayed, changed, paused, canceled, underfunded, or unable to deliver every stated milestone or supporter benefit. Audience interest, campaign progress, and past performance do not guarantee future results.
2. Public previews may be incomplete
Concept campaigns, public previews, readiness indicators, supporter counts, schedules, and descriptions may be illustrative, preliminary, estimated, or subject to verification. Campaign-specific pages and written agreements control when they provide more specific information.
3. Creator responsibility
Creators are generally responsible for the accuracy of their campaign information, rights to submitted materials, use of funds, milestone updates, delivery, refunds where offered, taxes, legal compliance, and supporter communication unless a written agreement states otherwise.
4. Support is not automatically an investment
Supporting a creator, joining a community, purchasing a product, reserving access, or receiving a reward does not automatically create equity, ownership, profit participation, a security, or a guaranteed financial return. Any regulated financial offering would require separate documentation, eligibility, disclosures, and compliant execution.
5. Technology and third-party risk
Hosting, email, payments, wallets, blockchains, social networks, analytics, event services, and other third parties may experience outages, errors, breaches, delays, policy changes, or loss of access. Review third-party terms and security practices.
6. AI-assisted information
AI-assisted planning or content may contain errors, omissions, bias, or outdated information. It should be reviewed by the responsible creator or operator and does not replace qualified professional advice.
7. Intellectual-property and publicity risk
Creator work may involve copyrights, trademarks, publicity rights, licenses, samples, collaborators, or third-party assets. Disputes or missing permissions can delay or prevent a launch.
8. Fraud and impersonation risk
Do not send money, credentials, seed phrases, or private keys in response to unsolicited messages. Verify official domains, campaign pages, and communication channels. Report suspected impersonation through the Contact page.
9. Public-site boundary
The public WordPress site does not execute wallet or blockchain transactions. Sensitive account, payment, wallet, and transaction actions belong in the secured application and should display their own confirmations and disclosures.
10. Make an informed decision
Read the full campaign information, understand the creator, review milestones and delivery risk, consider your own circumstances, and seek qualified advice when appropriate. Do not participate based only on hype, social pressure, or fear of missing out.
