1. Acceptance of these Terms
By accessing or using HiphFi™ Launchpad, you agree to these Terms of Use and acknowledge the Privacy Policy and Risk Disclosure. If you do not agree, do not use the site or submit information through its forms.
2. Public website and secure application
The public website provides information, education, public campaign previews, programs, community resources, and inquiry pathways. Authentication, private account data, creator dashboards, wallets, payments, campaign execution, and transactions belong in the secured application and may be governed by additional terms.
3. No guarantee of access, funding, or results
Submitting an application, joining a list, viewing a launch, following a creator, attending a program, or contacting HiphFi does not guarantee acceptance, funding, campaign approval, rewards, allocation, partnership, product availability, audience growth, revenue, or any other result.
4. Creator and user submissions
You are responsible for information and materials you submit. You must have the rights and permissions necessary to submit them. Do not submit unlawful content, confidential information you are not authorized to share, regulated data, passwords, seed phrases, private keys, or financial credentials.
5. Intellectual property
HiphFi names, logos, design systems, original content, and related trademarks are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Creator content remains subject to the creator's rights and any campaign-specific license or agreement. Site access does not grant permission to copy, scrape, resell, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit protected materials.
6. Acceptable use
You may not use the site to violate law, infringe rights, impersonate others, submit malware, bypass security, interfere with operation, harvest personal data, automate abusive requests, manipulate campaign information, or misrepresent affiliation, endorsement, outcomes, or financial opportunity.
7. AI-assisted content and tools
AI-assisted outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for a specific purpose. They are planning aids and do not replace professional legal, financial, tax, medical, security, or other qualified advice. Users remain responsible for reviewing and approving their decisions and public claims.
8. Creator crowdfunding and supporter activity
Public campaign information may change. Creators are responsible for campaign-specific promises, timelines, rights, rewards, delivery, and disclosures unless a written HiphFi agreement states otherwise. Support does not represent ownership, equity, a security, or a guaranteed financial return unless a separately documented and lawfully offered arrangement explicitly states otherwise.
9. Third-party services and links
The site may link to external platforms, social networks, payment providers, wallet services, event services, or partner resources. HiphFi does not control third-party terms, availability, security, privacy, or content. Review those terms before using an external service.
10. Availability and changes
Features, pages, programs, campaign previews, eligibility, and integrations may change, pause, or end. HiphFi may restrict access when necessary to protect users, the platform, rights holders, or the public.
11. Disclaimers
The public site and resources are provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. HiphFi does not warrant uninterrupted operation, error-free content, campaign success, third-party performance, or fitness for every purpose.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, HiphFi and its operators, affiliates, contributors, and service providers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of the public site, reliance on public information, third-party services, campaign delays, or unauthorized access beyond their reasonable control.
13. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for claims arising from your unlawful use of the site, violation of these Terms, infringement of another person's rights, or content you submit without appropriate authority.
14. Contact and updates
Questions may be submitted through the Contact page. HiphFi may update these Terms. Continued use after an effective update means the revised Terms apply to future use, subject to applicable law.
